I have been helping women look and feel amazing for 40 years, and in all that time, no matter what stage of their life they might be at, the clothes we wear greatly impact how we feel about ourselves and our confidence. In my experience, what normally triggers a phone call is some change in my client's life. Losing your style Mo Jo can come at any time, but it normally involves when our bodies start to change. Mother nature is wonderful; we can't change her but embrace her, and wearing the right clothes to flatter our body shape can make all the difference to our mood. Our bodies change; that's a fact of life, so our style needs to evolve with those changes. Menopause or having a baby often greatly affects our body shape and confidence with our style. Sometimes, women phone me because they love clothes but don't have the time to concentrate on getting their style right and are simply sick of wasting money on clothes they never wear or feel fabulous in.
