Ladies, always remember that age is just a number; it’s how you feel that matters and how you look can affect how you feel. I thought this week I would share with you my tops tips of how to look and feel amazing in your 50’s.Stop making excuses!

But are you? When you look in the mirror what do you see? You could be your own worse critic and not even realise it!
Let’s start again today and don’t put your life on hold anymore. Think back to your 30’s and 40’s - were you your worse critic then too?
Looking back how fabulous did you look? How much slimmer were you then and yet you were still not happy with yourself. Let’s accept who you are today and get cracking, you don’t want your 50’s or even your 60’s passing you by and not loving yourself for the truly fabulous, stylish person you are TODAY.

How do I want to look?
Think about the styles you like. Start to look at people around you, at magazines and Instagram. Take note of what you like and why, you could even start to create a moodboard to collate your inspiration and refer back to. That’s what I do for myself and my clients.
They really can age you and make you look fatter.
