Merchandise should be returned in the package/box to guarantee a safe shipment. We suggest to our Clients to write their address outside the box in order to recognize the shipment. We won’t accept damaged boxes or packaging.
To return merchandise, we’d like you to apply the following instructions: Returned merchandise has to be intact. Alicia Kite has the right to evaluate the merchandise condition. If the merchandise is damaged from the buyer, Alicia Kite won’t issue a refund for the damaged merchandise. The merchandise has to be returned to Alicia Kite within 7 days from the delivery date. We ask you to indicate the articles returned and enclose the receipt attached to the order form at issue. The cost to return the item is fully covered by the client. The client has to be able to provide proof of delivery. Once the merchandise has been returned and verified based on the above descriptions, the refund will be issued to the credit card used for the order, or a bank wire. We ask to wait 14 days for the refund to be processed. Once the return has been received, the refund will be done within 14 days. The above described procedures have to be stated by email to the address Alicia@aliciakite.co.uk prior the above process, Alicia Kite will provide the client with the shipping address for the return. The client will be provided with a Return Authorization Code that must be included in the returned product’s packaging. No returns are accepted without previous authorization from Alicia Kite
